About the book :

Lakshmi, a rebellious, free-spirited and intelligent film-maker, breaks ties with her staunchly Gandhian father to marry Amir, the man she loves. She even agrees reluctantly to Amir’s request that she convert to Islam, as a formality, and change her name to Razia. However, she is shocked to discover that her husband is not the open-minded, progressive individual he claimed to be. For after marriage, Amir takes his family’s side in trying to force her to follow the more rigorous tenets of their faith. This sets her off on a personal journey into India’s history to uncover the many layers of religion, caste and creed. Her quest leads her to the many parallels in the narratives between the past and the present and she gradually finds that though much has changed in Indian society over the centuries, much remains the same.

History Will Treat If We Don’t Learn NOW

If you love your kids, if you want them to be safe, read Aavarana. You can avoid history, but not the results of avoiding it. Understanding civilizational threats is our duty towards our kids.

Islamists & Leftists in academia have created an ecosystem against Hindus. This fact is beautifully captured in this history book which author chose to publish as novel.

All religions are not same. Islamic Kings themselves have recorded how they broke our temples, how they took lakhs of our females as sex slaves and how they sold them like commodity in Slave Bazars, to an extent that price of Hindu sex slave girls had to be regulated, otherwise they’d become too cheap. Such and other historically true events are accurately depicted in way that we can understand core ideology that poses threat to our existence.

If you ever wondered why Hindu females marrying muslim men have no influence on their kids and why those kids become fanatic muslims, Aavarana is a must read. Tablighis are religious police who make sure that new converts become fully fanatical muslims. I didn’t know that before reading Aavarana.

Above all, erudition, research and authenticity of historic events along with detailed bibliography is of highest international standards. I believe, S. L. Bhyrappa and Sandeep Balakrishnan are scholars gifted to Hindus by God Himself.

Book is written as novel, but it is historically pristine. Author’s uncompromising commitment towards truth makes this novel as inevitable as Bhagvad Geeta in your personal library.

Lastly, don’t mistake it for novel. It is a historical account of what happened to our ancestors, and what awaits us.
