This book of 18 chapters deals with the problems in dating, particularly with the use of astronomy simulators in the first Part where the issues around Kali Yuga date are settled textually and epigraphically. The second Part focuses on validating the date using the inputs on nimitta-s of terrestrial, atmospheric and celestial observations and syncing them with the traditional calendric references given in the text.

This is a translation of the Portuguese book ‘Santos ou Arrauceiros’ by Evagrio Jorge into English by Thomas Dias.
The booklet titled, ‘Santos au Arrauceiros” in Portuguese was written by Freedom Fighter late Sri Evagrio Jorge of Carmona-Goa, and published in 1944 by Gomantak Praja Mandal Bombay ( now Mumbai). The account depicted the bestial events of “Inquisition” of 16th Century Goa.
The book was translated in English after his death by Thomas Dias who was also a freedom fighter.

13వ శతాబ్దిలో దక్షిణ ఫ్రాన్సును అల్లకల్లోలం చేసి, అక్కడి జనాభాను తుడిచిపెట్టి, నాగరికతను రూపుమాపిన క్రూసేడులు ఇంక్విజిషన్ అనే మతయుద్ధాలు ‘పవిత్ర’ సంస్థ ఆవిర్భావానికి దారితీశాయి.
