The book meticulously narrates the Inquisition-carnage count by count, with selective words and without exaggerating facts. Cunha, Cunha Riveira, Dr. M. Braganza and even Catholic priests who had first hand knowledge of these events, while compiling this booklet. The translation too has referred to similar citations from “Inquisition of Goa” authored by late historian A. K. Priolkar , 1961), “Goa’s Freedom Struggle-a History” by Prof. M. H. ” Our Hindu forefathers, who were fulfilling their duty defending their liberty, were proclaimed to be criminal-thugs while the Jesuits who robbed and confiscated their properties were cast as saintly Martyrs of Concollim. The Jesuit priest Francis Xavier who with his  activity, consolidated the power of the Jesuits and initiated the criminal Tribunal of Inquisition, has turned out to be a ‘saint’, an ultimate insult offered by to the tolerant and pluralistic people of India !! ”
