Description
Swayamsevaks recite Ekatmata Strotram in their shakhas. It commemorates great leaders, saints, poets, scientists and rivers and mountains of India who have contributed to the building of the nation and the great Hindu civilization. It mentions sources of knowledge such as the Vedas, Puranas, Upanishads, Gita, Ramayana, Mahabharata, Buddhist, Jain and Sikh scriptures. It also mentions our sacred teerthas, mountains, rivers and so on.
Itihas Sankalan Samithi (Bharateeya), Telangana present here a collection of postal stamps released by the Govt. of Bharat on various occasions since Independence. Shlokas were mapped to the stamps providing a brief summary of the great personalities and their contributions.
