ఉత్తరమీమాంసా శాస్త్రానికి వేదాంతశాస్త్రం అని పేరు. వేదాంతశాస్త్రంలో ప్రధానంగా అద్వైతం, విశిష్టాద్వైతం, ద్వైతం అను మూడు సంప్రదాయాలు ఉన్నాయి.
