About The Author

Subhash C. Kashyap is a famous scholar known for his expertise on the matters of Parliament. He is currently an Honorary Research Professor working at the Centre for Policy Research (CPR), New Delhi. He also worked as the Secretary-General of 7th, 8th and 9th Lok Sabha. He has won the prestigious Great Son of the Soil Award and Padma Bhushan award from the Government of India. Some of his popular books include Constitutional Law of India (An Exhaustive article-wise Commentary with Comprehensive Coverage of Background, Review and Reforms) and The Political Philosophy of the Dalai Lama – Selected Speeches and Writings.
